Our main issue was that many of the sites, including the one we were assigned, were angled the wrong way for backing in a trailer. Try to catch it right before sunset and you can enjoy the sunset on the beach after an amazing hike. The separation between sites is about average for a state park campground, but most sites are pretty well screened by vegetation.
